Chatarooni has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Chatarooni is an adults-only service intended for people aged 18 and over, and it is not directed to children. Any content or conduct that sexualizes, endangers, or exploits a minor is strictly prohibited. We act on it immediately, permanently remove the people responsible, and report to the appropriate authorities.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Chatarooni. Every visitor must confirm they are 18 or older before they can chat, and we do not offer any experience designed for children. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 18, we remove it. Parents or guardians who believe a minor is using the service should contact us at support@chatarooni.com and we will act quickly.
The following are never allowed on Chatarooni:
These rules apply to everything on the service, regardless of how it is framed or whether it is presented as fictional.
Age gate. Everyone must confirm they are 18+ before chatting, and the service is built and marketed for adults only.
In-chat reporting. Every conversation includes a Report action with categories that cover underage users and sexual content, so any user can flag a concern in a couple of taps.
Blocking. You can block anyone instantly, which hides their messages and severs any connection between your accounts.
Review and enforcement. Reports are reviewed by our team. Confirmed CSAE results in immediate, permanent removal of the account and preservation of the relevant records for the authorities.
In the app. Open the other person's name, choose Report, and select Underage or Sexual content. You can also block them at the same time.
By email. For anything involving child safety, contact us directly at support@chatarooni.com. We treat these reports as our highest priority.
To authorities. If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services. You can also report child sexual exploitation directly to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) at report.cybertip.org.
We comply with applicable child-safety laws. When we become aware of apparent CSAM or other CSAE, we report it to NCMEC and/or the relevant local authorities, preserve the related data as required, and cooperate with valid legal requests from law enforcement.
Our designated contact for child-safety matters, including questions about these standards, is support@chatarooni.com. For how we handle your data generally, see our Privacy Policy.
